A big shoutout to Zac at Griffin Toyota who helped me yesterday when a ‘maintenance required ‘ light came on while traveling thru the area. He helped me and we were able to home to Salem, VA safe and sound! So if you live in that area I would highly recommend this company for all your vehicle needs! I would like to say that I am very pleased with the service I recieved! I bought a vehicle about 1 month ago and my check engine light came on. so I went directly to Griffin Toyota and went into the service dept. Needless to say I was there less than 30 minutes. They gave me a loaner vehicle and said they would have a mechanic check my vehicle first thing the next day. and they stood up to their word. I am very satisfied and recieved great customer service in an exceptional time.
if you want to be treated like you are a human instead of another sell, go see Brad! Amazing experience, he got me exactly what I wanted! Best experience ever buying a vehicle! Highly recommend taking a test drive with these guys. Funny, knowledgeable, and courteous. What more can I ask for? A two year service maintenance package, 3 year road side assistance, and so much more! Check these guys out!
