Really bad quality. My husband bought my engagement ring here in January. They took one month to adjust the size. They gave it back to me and in one week my rose gold ring was gold. We took it to the store and they took the ring again for 4 more weeks. We just picked it up yesterday and today is gold again. DONT BUY HERE. Here the picture. Amazing jewellery adore the staff they are so nice and so helpful no complaints.
Low quality gemstones. Mind you, that also explains the lower prices. I bought a 14k necklace there, turns out it was really less than 8k gold. Buyer beware.
all was well until i got home and noticed that the item she packed for me was damaged , the clasp on the chain was broken before i even got a chance to open the box ! i live 2 plus hours away from any of there location's and they offer no help besides a short 7 day window for a return that i cannot make ! especially days before christmas ! now im out $140 not happy at all !
