I can't recommend Jan enough ! We bought a much smaller, older home and I really thought there was a ton of work to do...popcorn removal, changing all the fixtures, painting every inch of it. Jan came in and in one day, completely transformed the place. She used our old furniture and added new artwork, accessories, etc and layout was so creative and perfect. Fabulous design at Fabulous prices – Jan did such a phenomenal job on my downtown condo. She quickly got my style and gently led me down a path that I didn't even know existed. She makes it easy and she's very straightforward with her direction and response. Top notch!

Finally, a talented AND reasonably priced designer! – I was renovating a 110 year old cottage that I own as a rental property. Jan helped me pick the exterior paint colors, the interior paint colors and the types of tiles for the bathrooms. The cottage turned out so beautifully that when I put it on the market, I received 3 rental offers in 2 days. Her work is just great AND was very very reasonably priced.

Creativity – I've used Jan's services for many of my listings and for my own home. She is very creative in re-purposing what you have. You do not have to go out and purchase all new furniture or accessories. When staging clients' homes before going on the market, she is able to look at rooms and make suggestions that most people would not see- a great eye for what works. That brings great value to have the home looking clean, well-arranged and inviting.

A lifesaver – Jan helped me get back into home ownership after a couple of years of renting, and I wanted the new place to be nice. Work was crazy busy and I didn't have time or much of an idea what to do with the new space. Jan helped me get the whole place spruced up, including renovating two bathrooms, selecting contractors, and choosing paint, tile, fixtures and furnishings -- all with just the right mix of suggestion and delegation. The place turned out beautifully. I literally could not have done it without her.

Wonderful Redesign experience – Jan redesigned an area of our home and the results were outstanding. She was professional and did a fabulous job. She used our own items to make our home have the 'pulled together' feel. I'll definitely use her again for the rest of our redesign needs.
