Horrible office staff! Completely rude! And lack any sort of empathy which you think would be needed in a medical CARE office. Kayla hung up on me twice, Kerrie never returned my call, and the office manager Carol agreed that Kayla should of hung up on me since I was upset. What a ridiculous concept to teach your employees; “hey so if a patient calls upset because we made three mistakes with her blood work, go ahead and hang up on them, why should we understand an upset patient even though we made the mistakes?” My next call... read more

Thank you for the excellent care my Mom received this past couple of days. Emergency room doctors were very attentive. I want to thank the cardiac floor Doctors, RN, and Techs for taking care of my Mom.
My family has been using CMA for the last 36 years. Naturally I continued to use them for my kids. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else for their care. We currently see Bowen and Wahl most often and love them to pieces! Everyone is of very good nature, and they have great humor, and more importantly are patient and understanding.
The staff was amazing! Friendly. Accommodating and can handle me sense of humor! They are patient with me as well!!!
This office is a joke! Zero communication with patients, losing records, and (my favorite) not telling someone they have a medical condition and letting it go untreated for 5 years!!! I am done with Griffin all together.
