This is the absolute worst hospital i have ever been to! They do not listen to their patients at all. They refuse to help you manage pain. They almost killed me on two separate occasions! For a not for profit hospital they sure do sue a lot of people! They have the most vicious bill collection practices you'll need to see a proctologist when they are done ramming you from behind to have your buthole repaired
According to dr Wayne, my newborn baby has a rash and shouldn’t use any cream or anything because Asian babies have bad skins in common. Staff is not helpful at all. Extremely hard to make an appointment.
I went there because of very light headed sensation and pain left side ribs. discovered bleeding internally, source unknown. X-RAYS showed all OK, but after CT scan showed four broken ribs. Had endoscopy procedure. MD said no big deal. Set to have colonoscopy next day, but some dumbass nurse told MD i didn't drink all prep, so test canceled. Discharged with active bleeding bleeding and Tylenol for rib pain. State should require big shake up.
I tried making an appointment and am already a patient of the practice. They had no appointments open for 3 months. Then when the appointment finally came they called me and cancelled me 2 hours before my appointment was scheduled. They said the next available appointment was in another 3 months even though they had to cancel! Three months later I got a call 4 hours before my appointment stating the doctor left ill and they had to reschedule me again. Worst experience I’ve had in quite some time! The doctor implying I’m an opiate addict when I’m literally crying with pain. Doesn’t bother more than one check in before sending a nurse with discharge paperwork. Normally, they’re great, but if this is how they treat us, I’d much rather go elsewhere!
