DANGER BEWARE of this lender...they are extremely nice initially but will turn on you aggressively. I worked specifically with Colby Freer who was very nice during the process of getting me to do a risky loan with them. She became aggressive and accusatory with me even calling my phone in a very nasty manner when certain documentation failed to get us qualified and I had already put a lot of money down. I worked with Sarah, Nina & Jennifer on two different refinances. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Communication was great and the loan closed on the discussed date. I will definitely be using Griffin Funding again for future purchases/refinances.
