RecommendedI live in Janesville but was having issues with my local Ford dealership. I had scheduled recall work weeks in advance then got a call the day before the work was to be done saying parts where still 4-6 weeks out. That was unacceptable. I called Griffin and talked to Christian. She was awesome got the parts got me in and all done within a few days! I dropped my car or for the day. Got a call 2 hours later it was done!! THAT IS UNDER PROMISING AND OVER DELIVERING! The whole staff start to finish was extremely nice. I genuinel... read more
This is a fantastic dealership. Service department under Jim and his team are fantastic. Bought a car with Zach, and will buy my next Lincoln from Zach!
Recommended5 stars We just purchased a 2018 F150, Dennis, John C, and Mike B were great people to work with to make our purchase easy and we had a great experience! Thank you!
RecommendedWe had the worst experience at another dealership, and were not looking forward to buying again. Dustin at Griffin changed our minds. He took care of us from the moment we walked on the lot. Dustin walked us through every button on our new SUV amd even helped us sync our phones. He totally went above and beyond, even letting my son (who was bored beyond belief) watch Minecraft videos while we waited. Everyone at Griffin Ford made the car buying process painless. I would definitely return, and we live in Illinois.
The people are very friendly. Christain was very helpful yesterday on giving me the best estimate on new tires.
Special shout out to everyone Mike and I met at the dealership! What a great car buying experience! It’s been fun sharing the trip back to California in the GT500 with you all! Thank you again and you will be at the top of my list of dealers I recommend!
They made the process of buying a car painless! Chris was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was very friendly. Everyone there was very kind and knew what they were talking about. All questions and concerns regarding the buying process as well as the car were addressed right away and in detail. We definitely will be stopping in next time we are due for a new vehicle!
Great
When I’m ready to buy a car I will only go there.
