Do not ever buy a vehicle from these “salesmen”, unless you want to be ripped off and lied to. I purchased a vehicle from these crooks who told me the vehicle wasn’t ever in a accident when I went to trade in my vehicle elsewhere I had found out my vehicle with “no” accidents has actually had 2 reported accidents. When I went back to griffin VERY unhappy they were pricks to me about it and did absolutely nothing to help me. salesman "Tim" single handedly is responsible for us going elsewhere to buy our new truck. This joke of a man not only doesn't care about customers, he is a disgusting person in general. After lying to me to get me to drive out, when I called him on it, he threw his arms up in the air and walked away. I would highly recommend going anywhere in the world outside of this dealership, I will never buy from them unless Tim is fired.
RecommendedI worked with a very efficient sales person. The finance person had all the paperwork done. This is my second purchase from this dealer. This purchase went quicker than the last. The service department is excellent. Highly recommend this dealership.

RecommendedMy wife’s car broke down over the weekend and we had it towed to the dealership. I received a call and text from Kay Monday by 8:00am with an update that our car was being looked at. By early afternoon the car was diagnosed with a repair estimate. The car was repaired that day and my wife and I were able to pick it up. Kay even had an extra copy of the towing charge printed so we could submit it to insurance. $80 for an oil change and tire rotation, when I was told $39.95. That's a ridiculous price either way. And a $10 charge to put on my wiper blades when I was already there for service. Will not be going back.
