If this entire network isn't a complete and total mess. Holy moly they can't listen, they can't process, they can't complete. Time is valuable, they waste plenty of the patients time. Cause undue aggravation and stress. An answering service answers all the calls. They drop the ball on everything. To frustrating to deal with. Every single time I've dealt with this practice no matter which facility there is a problem. Moving on.
Wish I could give NO STARS. My PCP left the state and I am trying to find a new Doctor. Dealing with Griffin Faculty Physicians has been the ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE! Not only have I needed a medication refill for nearly a month, but they schedule appointments for you whenever they want and never tell you that you had an appointment! Naturally I missed getting the help I've been waiting so desperately to get! Then calling to reschedule is another nightmare, the reps are argumentative and talk over you, rude and unprofessional.
