I had my first visit today and this will definitely be my new eyecare place. Everyone was so kind and helpful!
Pleasant from check in to check out, techs were wonderful at explaining on what they were doing, Dr. Montgomery was wonderful and friendly as always, did a thorough exam and answered all my questions, the tech in contacts was so sweet and helpful. I have to say that the visits are always like this.
First time visiting Griffin Eyecare and I was very impressed. Dr. Watkins was excellent, thorough and professional, and took time to explain everything clearly. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will be back.
Griffin Eyecare’s team of professionals provides a friendly, welcoming, and efficient experience. From reception, to intake, and Dr. Montgomery’s exam, all team members are focused on providing an exceptional eyecare visit. I’m happy to have found Griffin Eyecare.
This was my 1st visit. Everyone was so pleasant. They were so professional. They took their time. They did not rush. Dr. Montgomery explained as he went through the process. I really liked the way he said to look at the ear. People get their right and left confused so he was only showing one ear at a time🤣🤣. Then a family came in and when they left the toddler waved goodbye to the receptionists and they knew his name as they waved goodbye! Wow just blew me away!
