Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Griffin was very nice and helpful. They are all very good at what they do.
I was referred to Dr. Griffin because my cataracts had gotten to the point where I needed them to be worked on. Each time that I have been to Dr. Griffin's office, the entire staff that I dealt with were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Both surgeries were also very good experiences. This whole process has been a great experience. I am so glad that Dr. Jason Diamond, my optometrist, referred me to Dr. Griffin's practice.

staff was competent & professional. Everything was explained before it was done. I saw Dr Griffin for probably less than a minute. I realize he's a busy surgeon. However I think there could be a bit more time spent to personalize the patience experience. There is a anxiety surrounding having your eyes operated on. I appreciate the professional way that all of his staff treated me. The receptionist to the scheduling lady-Kim, were very sweet and caring… I had both cateracts removed and am very happy. Trusting a dr with your eyes is vital and in my experience, this is the place to go to!
I knew Dr Griffin was highly recommended for my cataract surgery. What also impressed me was the great people around him.; OD, Technicians ,nursing staff. Thank you all for your attention and care.
My visit from start to finish was awesome. My vision is great! Staff was knowledgable, effcient and kind. All my friends were RIGHT, Dr. Griffin is the best Cataract surgeon!
Only saw the doctor for a couple of minutes during the initial visit and barely 1 minutes for the surgery. You feel like you’re on an assembly line. Had an issue postop, and was given very wrong information about how I should proceed. If you have any underlying issues, do yourself a favor and go back to your specialist who referred you.
