Everyone I was in contact with from the front window, to the medical staff, to the pay/appointment window was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant and caring.
Not a good experience. Dr Griffin runs an “assembly line” rushing from patient to patient. He performed cataract surgery on me. Afterwards my left eye was very blurry and after several days I called his office and was told someone would call me back. That went on for two years. Finally a nurse said I would need a referral. What? This was a warranty issue. Instead I went to a very good optometrist who did a very thorough examination that showed a second cataract had formed under my left contact due to improper lens patient. T... read more
