Dr E was very thorough with my dragon and very patient with my questions. While we got unexpected bad news, she and her staff were very compassionate , informative,didn't rush us through our appointment, and I left with a clear understanding of treatment and options. Thanks for all your kindness!
We have used Griffin's for my sister's rats and they have been nothing but amazing. She has had to take her in twice in the past week and they always make room for her. And the have helped with fees and given her discounts. He tells you what he thinks. Your options and you leave with price ranges and all the info you need to make a decision. I absolutely recommended them and I will travel the one hr and 20 mins one way any day to go to them for our pet needs.
He was THE most informative physician I've ever encountered. He basically broke down how complex my birds really are and gave me great tips about how to change behaviors. We'll definitely visit again, it was worth the commute from Mathews.

I am so grateful for Dr. Edgerton and Jordan! They are always so kind, honest and very knowledgeable. Dr. Edgerton is a great person and is so wonderful to be around. She always listens to my concerns, is detail orientated and recommends what is best for my critters. She always makes sure to keep my babies as stress free as possible. Great exotic vets! So glad to have them in our area! They did a great job on my ferret's surgery last week. Love Dr. E & they have great, friendly staff!
I took our guinea pig here for his first vet visit and we had a great experience. Staff was very kind and thorough, and did everything they could to minimize the stress of the experience for Mr. Nibbles. I appreciate their conscientiousness and follow up as he recovers, and highly recommend their practice.
