I've dealt with many vets over the years, and even worked for a few back in the day. Dr. Griffin, hands down provided the best experience we've ever had. He took his time answering our questions(and we had a LOT of them,) and giving much needed advice. Our new cockatoo, who supposedly didn't like men, went right to him! If you have a reptile, don't go anywhere else in the Charlotte region. See Dr Edgerton at Griffin Exotics! I've been raising reptiles for almost 35 years and have seen a lot of "exotic" vets, but Dr E is by far the best that I've found. My husband and I have over 40 reptiles (many sick rescues) and she's gotten them through a lot of mystery illnesses just by following her gut instincts. She's the best! The techs and office staff are also just as amazing.
All of the staff here are AMAZING. 5 stars to all of them. They've always taken wonderful care of my ferrets! I'll never go anywhere else!
Unfortunately we had a emergency visit with our ferret (Lilly) and as sad & heartbreaking as our visit was, the staff and Drs were nothing short than amazing! Throughout the day we called to check on our baby and they were very kind and took time with us, explaining thoroughly and being patient with all of our questions and concerns. This was our first visit here and we are very appreciative of all the love and care that they gave our Lilly.
I cannot thank Griffin Exotics for the care they have shown me throughout the years. From two rats to finally putting my bearded Dragon to sleep last Monday. They have always been kind, professional and overall amazing human beings. Amazing vets and techs. 💕 thank you.
They squeezed us in for an emergency appointment when they were full up all day and saw my husband and I's sick quaker parrot immediately! They were compassionate and kind and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am beyond thrilled with their kindness and knowledge and I now know I have a place to trust my birds to. Dr. E was very gentle and thorough and while we are still waiting on a CBC panel to find any underlying issues, our plucking quaker parrot is on the road to recovery. Thank you guys so much!

This veterinary office staff is the best!!! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and compassionate! They truly love animals and their job. Wish I could bring ALL my animals here and not just the bunnies.
