This apartment complex has an infestation problem. They charge you for pest control but for TWO YEARS we NEVER had pest control in the apartment except when we initially moved in. I had to pay for my own monthly subscription to help me keep the pest down. You also get charged a small electric fee with the rent although you pay electric separately with the city. Most people get charged when they leave saying they owe money but if you actually get a refund they put everyone's name on the check with "AND" as opposed to "OR" mak... read more
