Ms. Betty has been the sweetest to my family since we moved in last November. She is very understanding and we LOVE HER!
I had a leak in my utility closet where the hot water heater is. I put in the maintenance request late Sunday bc I was gone all day. I got a call about it the next afternoon and they were making plans to see what the problem was. I was baked with updates throughout the process bc I work 11hrs. So it was fixed by that Friday of the same week. I had to go a few days not using my shower but my brother lives in Griffin so that wasn't a problem (). They did a great job.
I would like to give a great shout out to the maintenance man, Anthony. He went above and beyond today. I appreciate it. It’s the little things that make a Big difference. Thank you.
