If I could give a 10 rating I would. We needed help putting our 65inch TV on the wall and could not get it done ourselves. Luckily, the maintenance guy, Ray Negron, came in and saved the day. He is one of the nicest guys out there. He helped us fix our TV very easily. Great, great guy. We love him and even asked him to hangout and watch TV after. He is awesome and has made our move into the Griffin and very pleasant experience. You da man Ray Negron!

Modern design, great amenities, very accessible and responsive staff, building-sponsored events. I've lived in a few buildings. This is the first one that really feels like a community.
