This is a sales review - I love the dealership and the car - trying while out of town to purchase a CX-50 not in stock with a trade-in. Kiana was excellent with very good customer service skills. She forwarded my request to the new car manager together with pictures of the trade. Given the end-of month time was critical to get the incentives. Bought a Toyota Highlander from the dealership. Our salesperson was Cliff. Very motivated and very pleasant young man. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Our experience with the finance manager Mr Irwin Rodriguez was awesome. Never felt pressured. Highly recommended this dealership.
