I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this service department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. I own a high-performance truck, and every time it goes in, something goes wrong. Warranty issues always take 3+ visits before they’re even close to being resolved. Our Sales Associate was Angel, For this final transaction. Went in to look at options I had a 22 Explorer XLT, Pearl white. Purchased it at this same location during the time that there was no inventory. I loved the SUV just not the color, or the fact it had a Sunroof!!
