Bought my dream car at Grieco Ford! I can't say enough good things about the sales staff I worked with. Alana & Lydia are the best! Answered every question/concern, and were willing to work out a good deal. They even offered to compensate us when we noticed the radio installed in the car wasn't working! Dealerships typically have a bad rap but this one doesn't deserve that at all!
I stopped by Grieco Chevrolet of Delray Beach for an oil change. After waiting to be acknowledged, the service representative condescendingly told me they could not do it. I had to ask about an appointment before he explained that I needed to schedule one or arrive before 2 p.m. Felt like I was bothering him on his job.
Cliff Graham was amazing sales rep, made it happen and his service was above and beyond! The whole team made process seamless. Rainer in Financing is also fantastic- very knowledgeable and helpful.
