Initially I had a great experience but then I got back to finance and worked with a guy named I forgot his name short kind of chunky, he tried to sell me everything and then I find out that even though I requested Bank of America he even confirmed! I got a statement from Truist! I called over and over with no return call! I finally got Crystal who worked with Truist but it was too late for them to re do! He does not care about his customers and i would tell you that if you do business there watch out for him!
This place was tolerable with the employees that worked here before, but with new management in the service department, especially Leo, it seems like nobody knows how to do their job anymore. My wife brought her 2022 ford explorer in last week and I can guarantee you we will not be coming back. I hate the idea of even going to Al packer but it seems we have no choice but to do so. Extremely disappointed with how bad the service department has gotten.
Never calls back, nobody is never available. Insane. We bought a car from them too!
