RecommendedMickey is AMAZING! He fixed so many things on my car that weren't part of my original claim, plus Angel did an amazing job on the detail inside and out. They worked with me because I don't have rental insurance and I only paid my deductable. They did an amazing job!!
Today I had a tire issue with my car and Keri was so helpful. Even tho Kia wasn’t able to service my car today. Due to the towing service not being able to arrive on time. Keri in the service department took the time to find a place for me to fix my tire. She even offered to take me home. Honestly her customer service and the way she showed how she cared, were outstanding !!! Thank you so much Keri !
I had taken my 2015 VW JETTA to Grieco Collision Center for front end damage that I received from a turkey I smashed on 95. I spoke to Mickey Belisle and he went over the damage and what needed to be fixed. He gave me a date when he expected it to be complete. A new fender, hood, paint, grill, and set of headlights later it was done... a couple days earlier than quoted. I received my car back looking better than it was before the accident. Also was provided a loaner car at an amazing rate. Highly recommend Grieco!!
I want to thank the staff at the Grieco Collision Center for an excellent service. Starting with Carmela Moran, who reached out to Brenda Messa for me to get the process started to fix my car. Brenda took it from there coordinating with my insurance to get the appraiser coming to evaluate the damage, ETC. Tom Rotondo provided transportation for me to my office the day I dropped off the car, when I picked my car it looks like new again. The tech did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. Kudos to all for a great service!
Thus place as a dealership is just plain Thieves, I was lied to, sold products I was told were mandatory in R.I ( I'm in CT.) That cost me thousands, even though I told these tip off I was on a very tight disability budget. They make promises that they just don't give a shit about, they don't care about how badly they treat customers. I have complaints in with the BBB and DMV, along with an attorney that is looking into this poor treatment, costing customers a lot of money . This place is a mismanaged shit hole. I recommend going elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They will sell you a new car with previous damage from incompetent salesmen and do shoddy work on top of that.
