The ABSOLUTE WORST in all of RI. Lisa Underwood will promise you that everything will be taken care of until you get your car back. Then she will charge you the full price for half of the job and avoid every phone call/request! This place should be banned to do business. The repair was even bad..they reused old broken clips, old windshield washer box that they glued back together, and somehow messed up my steering rack in the process of a bumper repair. They will not take responsability and they robbed my insurance company. ... read more
I have been going here for 22 years now and they ALWAYS do a great job. Family owned business and the staff are very professional and get my car repaired in a timely manner! I have never taken my car to any other body shop except this one! If I could give it 10 stars I would!
