Brought my truck in for service and there was an issue with scheduling. My service advisor Nicole and her manager Jerry were excellent in how they handled the issue. They covered a rental for the day and made everything right. Even though “Service” is the first word in the name, it’s missing from many car dealer’s service departments, but they do it right here.
Can’t believe in that the dealer doesn’t have a better way of detecting a humming noise but to drive the car I’m thinking a scanner might work

Sales dept was great back in April got a fantastic deal. Fast forward to service dept not so good had first oil change and tire rotation when I left I realized my tire warning light was on so I called the rude girl told me it's a different issue need new appt. Went to Green acres Chevy they fixed it in 5 minutes because greicos tech didn't scan tires after rotating more upset with rude service advisor tech was just in a rush or got sloppy.
