Marcus Roberts is by far and away the very best sales person that I have ever encountered at Grieco Chevy... I have been a customer here for 15 years! Not to say anyone else was not good, but none compared to Marcus! He made the process smooth and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend you working with him!
My wife took the car for oil change and service with an appointment at 1030 and it took until 2:00pm. From the beginning no one was there to reserve the car, they told her to just leave the keys in it. After 3 hrs of waiting she went to ask and they told her they forgot about the car. So after that they rush the oil change and didn’t change the air filter. Terrible service not going back
