Daniel Rollo was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the whole process of getting my truck. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I wanted instead of just making a sale. He answered every question I had, made everything super smooth and stress free, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. I took my car into service because my tire was leaking. I had a great experience! Miguel G was my service advisor. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated the entire time. He made the whole process easy and my car is good as new now. I couldn’t recommend him or this place enough!!!
I bought a $40000 Corvette. From this dealership. Within two weeks of buying the car and less than two hundred miles on it, the infotainment screen blinked out. The screen went totally blank. I cannot set any settings on the car. I have no backup camera. I can't even tune the radio. I thought greyco would help with this problem But what I get is buying the screen for 6 hundred dollars and a thousand dollar worth of labor. Worst experience I've ever had. I'm in the market for an EV and looking on the websites i came across some apparently good deals at Grieco Chev. So i set up an appt. When i got there they put me with Doug a sales person that definitely did not want to be there. Looked like i was bothering him being there. Grieco needs to do better to avoid losing potencial sales.
