There is stuff that has been stolen from us and there’s lots of mold in the basement area and bugs everywhere if you reading this trust me you don’t want it his place don’t come here at anytime.
When I get moved, then I will share my experience here. I can say this, we change our filter ourselves, because this place replace it once a year, and use cheap filters. It don't filter nothing bad in the air . Changing it like this is bad for health for pets and humans. Especially dust and pollen allergies humans and pets have. A/c filters need to be changed monthly living with pets and not vacuuming daily. Been more a/c leaks in these apartments at Cedar Wood Apartments because not changing the filters monthly. No concern for the safety or well-being of their tenants. Literally treats our town like a giant dumpster. Their property maintenance takes trash and debris from their properties and dumps it into adjacent areas. Our community would be a better place if properties weren't managed like this. And that's just the outside of the properties. The insides can hardly be deemed inhabitable.
