We have a family member at Greystone and we couldn't be happier. To find a place that is relaxing and comfortable is rare. All of the residents are cared for so well. They have input as to the meal choices and weekly activities. They are respected and spoken to with compassion and empathy. We have had weekly contact with the director and she lets us know how he is doing. We know she would reach out if things weren't going well, and that is such a blessing. There aren't enough words to explain that peace of mind.
I brought my brother there on 12-30-24 amidst a Holiday Week, but Jennifer and her staff took the time to show us around and welcome him with open arms! (Literally - she met us in the driveway with a big hug!) The staff couldn’t be nicer! We are thrilled our dear family member has a place where he will be safe, happy, and looked after! Dr. Kahn is wonderful, too! We feel very blessed to have found Greystone.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Good luck trying to get updates on your family members when they are here. The expectation is that their meds will stay the same if they are stable. If you want your family member to get better send then somewhere else. The website directly states, "Families are recognized as important members of the treatment team, and their involvement in care and treatment planning is strongly encouraged."
