I am going to be completely honest with whoever views this.I’ve been living in Greystone since 2019.I’ve noticed the multiple property management changes that seems to happen quite often.Are there issues with promptly time request and completion based off the company over the complex yes it varies.However based off the last two companies that taken over Pitcht Sons and Atlantic Property Service so far things have been handled accordingly.They indeed have cameras around the complex now which is important and I can respect.Tim... read more
I lived here for years before relocated back to Jacksonville I will say every review is pretty accurate, at the time that I was living there i had the worst experience a/c went out during the summer they gave me the run around that someone would come out and eventually came out an said they didn’t have a maintenance staff.they clearly hired anyone as maintenance because the person who came out at the time had my air going for a solid day I ended up buying a air conditioner for my window they would adjust my rent since I had ... read more
This place used to be manage by awful owners. Since Pitch And Sons has taken over, it has been at 360° turnaround. I’m so happy you guys took over. I’ve been here for over 4 1/2 years and plan on staying this as long as you guys stay.
horrible!!!! DO NOT rent from this place. They will take all your money and won't refund your deposit if you give one. Beware of this Scam!!!!!!!
My whole year here has been a disaster. I wouldn't recommend these apartments at all. Too noisy with blasting music and the apartment manager allows it. Goes against their own lease and it's all about the money. I saw drug dealers around and homeless people sleeps in front of building. I should of read the reviews before moving here. The landlord is disrespectful and rude and I haven't had maintenance since the day I moved in. Now they said they weren't renewing my lease. Awesome because I rather move.
