The apartments are small. The price is kinda high. I have Good neighbors and there is a store across the street.
I lived here for years before relocated back to Jacksonville I will say every review is pretty accurate, at the time that I was living there i had the worst experience a/c went out during the summer they gave me the run around that someone would come out and eventually came out an said they didn’t have a maintenance staff.they clearly hired anyone as maintenance because the person who came out at the time had my air going for a solid day I ended up buying a air conditioner for my window they wouldnt adjust my rent since I ha... read more
I just moved out here and im already SICK of the dogs. Their owners are careless I got 2 little black dogs chasing me when I come outside my home! Where is the leash? Don't get me started on the barking next door. Yes, they are all around me. Lord what have i gotten myself into?
