First let me begin by saying this I've been reading a lot of reviews about this apartment complex and I think it's time for me to start chatting and tell the truth I've been living here since February of 2025 before I was living here I was sleeping in my car with my German shepherd through the cold winter months no other places would take us in so I'm am grateful for the quick response from chardonnay property manager at that time when we needed help in that time of need. This place is looking and smelling so much better no bugs nor mold. It would be better if they would get rid of the carpet in the hallways it would help even more on the smell. I’m just glad that there is someone here that is taking care of this place. Now let’s try to keep the homeless out and it would be perfect. The new lady in the office is nice and keeping it clean and very easy to talk to.
