Jonathan at The Seven at West Boca is tremendous. I mentioned to him in the office that I needed a garbage disposal replaced. He did it six hours later. He was on time and took care of a couple other minor things as well. Excellent service and his crew is also very professional. Happy to have them at our complex.
We were charged for damage that predated our move-in. When we moved in, we documented the existing damage with the manager on duty, but those notes were apparently never recorded properly — so we were held responsible anyway. Josh Lockard handled the dispute, and in my experience he was dismissive and unwilling to look into the gap in their own records. I wish I could give cero starts. This people are SCAMMERS!!! I moved out of my apartment in January and still haven’t received my deposit back. I’ve reached out several times but no one has gotten back to me. I am beyond upset
Thank you so much to the regional manager for blocking my number. What a professional and customer-focused way to handle a resident who is simply trying to understand why their security deposit was withheld despite providing accurate documentation and evidence to Solle Davie management. Let alone no itemized receipt for the “damage” was actually shown. What’s even more outstanding is some of the damage WERE PROVEN PRIOR TO MY MOVE IN.
