Not good, to worried about over charging people for apartments, and no time spent for the people that pay their salary. If you see Greystar go somewhere else.
Nightmarish management. Zero accountability. I’ve never felt more gaslighted in my life than when working with regional manager, Jennica and the property manager of one their buildings. If you can’t uphold tenant rights, at least try to correct the issue. Especially when we come to you with solutions, and you just ignore them.
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in working with a property management company as a whole. The people are unkind, unprofessional, and fail to see reason and/or logic with every interaction. The property management group is incompetent at best, and they have no problem breaking the law and hiding behind “company policy” at every opportunity. Renters beware: if it’s a Greystar managed rental property, avoid them at all cost!
