Greystar is the definition of incompetent. Not only did I get a bunch of trumped up charges after I moved out that I had to pay on top of my deposit and credits, but they wouldn’t even allow me to pay online because of an error on their part, told me to call them instead. Nobody answers at their accounts receivable department, then days later after 20 phone calls between them and the property itself, someone calls me back and says I can’t even pay right now because the charges haven’t even been uploaded to their system. The new maintenance supervisor Christian at the Meritage at Steiner Ranch has fixed so many issues in my apartment that were neglected by the previous team. I am so happy they finally found someone who takes pride in actually being able to help residents.
This is our second year at one of the properties managed by Greystar Property management. The property is the Landing at Round Rock in Round Rock, TX. Our first year at this property was okay but since the management and employees changed to Greystar, things have been going downhill. The new staff is very unprofessional and responds to emails only after sending multiple emails and calling the office multiple times. Worst place you could ever live!!! Onsite manager who stalks and harasses women around the complex! Had to call the police!!! Lie and say that the construction and train aren’t a problem good luck sleeping thru that at 4am! Platform apartments is owned by the grey star and is the worst place I’ve ever lived.
