Greyson is a hidden gem near 441 and Southern Blvd - small neighborhood of townhomes with 3 or 4 bedrooms, a super nice pool, and lake view.
Horrible , llevo 15 días en la propiedad y nadie responde , estoy sin lavadora ni secadora , y el calentador de agua no funciona bien , SON MUY IRRESPONSABLES, NUNCA CONTESTAN , SON LO PEOR
I would give them zero stars if I could. We had been providing marketing services for this builder for 3 years. They got behind on their invoices and we worked with them several times, not charging them late fees, working with their billing dept etc.... only for them to bail out on the remainder of their invoices due. They owe us over $3000 for services rendered. It's been almost a year now since we stopped providing them services and they still have not paid us. Unprofessional and inexcusable.
If I could give this place a negative review, I would. Let me start with the ONE positive thing. Caroline and Kelly from sales have been amazing, honest, patient and informative throughout our entire process. We signed our papers in February of 2020, and were told the home would be completed by May/June. I am typing this on January 5, 2021 and we still have not moved in!
