RecommendedI've lived here for a week and I'm really loving it here. Samantha was super helpful through the whole move-in process. This place feels a bit more upscale than other complexes in the same price range. The brick walls, surrounding forest and beautiful landscaping make it feel very welcoming. As for the apartment itself, it is very nice and modern-looking. Washer and dryer in unit (extra cost) and a sunny balcony. My partner and I have lived at Greymont for a year this upcoming August! We absolutely love it here. The staff is kind, warm, and overall incredible. Samantha has been a joy! Anytime I reach out to her she answers my questions immediately, is always so willing and super helpful! I say this from our beginning of our moving experience from NJ to NC and thus far! Office staff at Greymont are courteous and respond to question and concerns promptly offering quick resolutions. In particular, Johnathan who often goes above and beyond what might be expected. On one occasion—before travel came to halt—he offered to give us a ride to the Regional Airport. Additionally, the grounds are exceptionally well maintained and repair work orders are timely resolved.
My fiance, myself, and my child have been living at greymont for almost 2 years. We were one of the first to move in when it opened. The "keepers" of the complex have been very rude to my fiance, telling him where he is allowed to park his covered antique car, that he cant wash our boat in the car wash area, ect. They tell us that we cant leave our valet trash can outside at night ( with no trash in it), and now that they have opened the amenities up due to COVID, they arent allowing residents to have ANY guests with them to... read more

Samantha has been the most helpful person throughout this entire experience. Wanting to move during a pandemic has been probably the most stressful thing I've dealt with in a very long time, but Samantha has been nothing short of amazing. Because of her, I would recommend Greymont Village to anyone and everyone!
