The pool is sparkling clean. Brand new Cabanas and pool furniture. The grounds are kept perfectly. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance guys are awesome. No complaints here!
I moved from Miami, Florida to Greymont July 1, 2023. I have just renewed my lease. I have given Greymont a 5 star review for the same reasons in previous 5 star posts, but wanted to add a few more….. Plenty of parking and spaces that are wide enough to open your car door without hitting the car in the next space. Buildings are spread out…….there is a lot of space between buildings so it doesn’t feel like a crowded apartment community. April 2024 update: dishwasher is broken for the 4th time I experience electrical issues almost every month I’ve lived here. The appliances are very cheap and have broken several times since I have lived here. Service requests are responded to quickly, but that’s beside the point when something is already broken. I extended my lease here only because I didn’t want to move again before leaving Asheville.

Just moved in after looking at over a dozen different complexes in the Asheville area. Worked with Leasing Consultant, Ed, who impressed with his friendliness and efficiency. Looked at this property multiple times while comparing before making a final decision. Between the well-maintained property and friendly staff, the choice was easy.
