I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The receptionist, Darshi, was incredibly rude and dismissive , not the kind of attitude anyone should have when dealing with patients. It’s unfortunate that such poor front-desk behavior overshadows the care patients come for. Dr. Yeh really needs to train his staff to treat people with basic respect and compassion. I expected better from a healthcare setting.
dr yeh is a great doctor but they never answer the phone... It takes me 30 times to reach them.
Dr. Louis Yeh has been the our excellent family Doctor for me and my Family for more than 20 years and we are very grateful. Thanks to Dr. Yeh and all his team!!
