Dr Yeh has been my family physician for many years and I have always been treated with the utmost care by himself and his staff. I know that without his care I for one would not be here today. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The receptionist, Darshi, was incredibly rude and dismissive , not the kind of attitude anyone should have when dealing with patients. It’s unfortunate that such poor front-desk behavior overshadows the care patients come for. Dr. Yeh really needs to train his staff to treat people with basic respect and compassion. I expected better from a healthcare setting.
dr yeh is a great doctor but they never answer the phone... It takes me 30 times to reach them.
