My bus is over an hr late...im so pissed they expect u to be here on time but they cant make ppl sit for however long...a person here said they messed up their ticket and he has to be sitting here for 10 hrs to catch the next bus...its sickening.
The bus left without me and several other passengers even though we were at the bus station 20 min early. So I changed my ways, and now arrive 30 min early whenever I buy a bus ticket for this horrid bus line. Turns out now the bus arrives about 30 min to one hour late. I'm sitting here it's 11:02pm my bus was supposed to be headed to Dallas at 9:10 for crying out loud 9:10!!!!!!!! The only good thing about greyhound (only reason why I take it) is that it is flexible with times and offers many more times than other bus lines... read more
Although it may be better located downtown however you have great access to local buses that take you just about anywhere you need to go. Bus station itself clean well ran safe.
I wish there was a city bus stop close by. I always travel greyhound. And then use the city bus. Carrying luggage is pretty far. I had to walk almost a mile away to the city bus stop.
