I took a trip from AusTin to Houston. I had my wallet at the Austin bus station, but I did not have it when i arrived in Houston. I checked on the bus and it was not there. I had customer service in Houston try to contact someone in austin but nobody answered. I tried the main greyhound number and they could not get an answer. when I got back to AusTin there was a long line at the counter and just 1 person to help them. Es una falta bien grave de respeto para los usuarios que viajamos por esta línea estamos varados desde hace 12 hrs aquí en Austin que porque no hay chófer y el que venía de Dallas lo pararon aquí porque tenía 24 horas manejando y casi tenemos tres accidentes en el camino y no resuelven nada! Un pésimo día, perdí mi cita perdí tiempo y estoy llena de estrés aparte muy caro el servicio!😡

ever again ,dallas station sucks big time ..finding a new bus line was delayed twice ...my bus got there 9 hours late so yeah dont use the greyhound
Just find another bus,tornado,mega bus,zima red bus lines. Grey buses are old stinky.staff infection everywhere. Restrooms are horrible.im so sorry to tell the truth about this company but we work so hard to travel like this. 0 to 10 and 0 being the worst,,I give this company s solid 0 zero buses are a disgrace to society.good luck.
Super easy to buy a ticket. Bus was on time. It was WiFi and outlets to charge my phone.
