Greyhound are useless. Bus was meant to arrive at 2:35pm to Waco from Austin and it is now meant to arrive at 6pm possibly later as it’s getting pushed back every minute. Incompetent idiots who don’t care about their customers. Will never ever travel greyhound again and will not recommend it to anyone. Will tell all my friends and family how bad the company is and to stay away. Zero stars for a low company.

I need too know whyvthe only have 1:35 pm last schedule I'm coming from san marcos too houston but the shuttle but want be able too drop me at the greyhound station until 3
They delayed my bus route by 2 hours! While I was waiting at the bus station in Dallas they announced that 4 other bus routes were delayed because THEY DIDNT HAVE BUSES !!!! its not a transportation company, its a joke! This is the absolute last time I ever travel by greyhound. The facilities in the bus and at the station were also terrible. The bathrooms didn't even have toilet paper or locks on the doors.😫
super terrible los atrasos de esta linea...llegan casi 5 horas tarde y el servicio al cliente ya se hizo pesimo... eran mis favoritos pero ahora el servicio bajo bastante!!

Thanks for f*cked up my trip,again! This is the WORST bus line in the USA and would never recommend it AT ALL! I paid for a bus with Wi-Fi and electrical outlet to charge my phone and guess what!? They put us in the worst bus they had!
