While waiting with a family member at the Greyhound bus station in Chattanooga, Tn. Clerk at the counter she is very rude and loud to all the customers who were waiting for their buses or who asked her any questions about why their bus is late or bus times. She’s short, heavy, light skin complexion and wears round glasses. My family will fly from now on this is another reason why we don’t do bus stations.
There was no order in the station . People would’ve lined up and not know for what but afraid they’d miss their bus. I wasn’t sure which one was mine . I didn’t know to check my bag first since I had an eticket.
If I could give a zero star rating that would be too much. Bought a ticket for my daughter from Statesville, NC to Springfield, MO. Buses have been late to every stop which in turn meant that connecting buses had already left and resulted in more delays. You would think they could offer passengers something to eat an drink after tripling their trip time. Ticket people are rude and will not provide their name. A 24-hour bus trip will be a 3 day bus ride. FFFFFF- for Greyhound. Try to find another bus company, Trailways maybe.
Had a great time on the trip up made some really cool friends on the way
Worst service ever... I don't think these people realize WE ARE PAYING $$$ TO USE GREYHOUND!!!
Great for the price. Driver seemed to be unsure of where every stop was but everything went smoothly. Stop times are not always as long as listed.
It was clean and the employees, very helpful. Reminded me of my military days.
