The manager at this bus station is very unprofessional and extremely rude! My brother's bus left out early on 7/16/2020. He was stuck with no place to go out in the heat all night. He wasn't allowed to stay in the building after said manager opened up. The next bus wasn't until 9:45pm today 7/17/2020. She cancelled his ticket after he cussed at her because she was being rude, I know this for a fact because I was on speaker phone with him. they lost my luggage & on my return, they were late picking us up- I had to ride a bus to Atlanta to get to Bham, Alabama bcuz the Bham bus had left

It seems like these days at Greyhound cares about the money and not about the customer getting to where they need to go in a professional manner like they used to do when they had competition I bought my ticket 3 days in advance to go on a trip from Knoxville to Chattanooga to wait in line 45 minutes to check my baggage in to be told to the bus was cancelled
My daughter has a TBI and we asked if they could just make sure she was in line for the bus at the next stop in Atlanta. They treated us like we were stupid and said “we already have too much to do with not enough pay.” They didn’t even try to say it nicely but instead were rude and obnoxious and couldn’t look us in the eye.
