First of all, I’m trying to get to Florida for sons funeral. Bus was supposed to leave at 12:05a. The driver didn’t get there until 7am. Then when a passenger asked to use the bathroom at a pick up because there was no toilet paper in the tiny bus bathroom he went completely crazy & said he doesn’t get paid enough for this. Told all of us not to push him. I will NEVER ride greyhound again!!!
They lost my bad and the bus driver went out the wrong gate so I missed my bus
My Driver Bobbie Was Very Nice As Usual but the only thing I didn't and still don't like is that 6 hour layover in KC Nebraska is Only 3 hours SMH and the food is Too High in KC 3.00 for a Coke .
Son bought a ticket from Charolette to Little Rock. Customer service tells him the bus is running an hour behind so he goes and grabs something to eat before the trip. Comes back the bus is gone and all customer service can say is oops. Had to buy another ticket. Should have gotten here at 5am. Ended up, Atlanta screwed up and it’s now 7:32 a.m. and my son has been stuck in Birmingham since 11:30 last night. Hopefully he gets home, but so far greyhound can’t get it together.
Bus just left 10 people in Atlanta Ga tonight Including my daughter, thats trying to get to view her Gods sons body. If yall dont go back and get those people they are crying and everything 10 people you low lifed nit wits. How dare you do this to these people.... Talking about the only transfer bus isnt coming until the 3rd. Woooowwwww wow Greyhound I will sue you soon. Believe it!!!!!
No WiFi, no plugin to charge your phone on the buses like it said on line. Some of the drivers were rude. I found out in Nashville that Arkansas didn’t give me my ticket, the worker showed me how to my get my e-ticket to show the bus driver. Greyhound need to up date their terminals cause the only one that was very nice and clean on my route was Nashville. Their staff was very helpful to everyone including the non English speaking ones.
Very clean, bathroom had a fresh smell of bleach and was sparkling clean, obviously well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
