They don’t care about us the buses need lots of worker,Some of the driver’s talks , trash the stations restrooms are Mack dirty and the workers,are rude. I used to love ❤️ to ride Grayhound but now . I’ve been riding from 1960 till 2020 . My last trip was a killer.
Very bad customer service! She was extremely RUDE!!!! Made a elderly lady beside me cry. Then..... there was a 5 hour lay over!!!! NO I do NOT recommend them. I will never ride one of their buses EVER again!!!!!! 0 stars

Well they should come down on the ticket price they shouldn't go up on the price just because you didn't purchase early enough.

the bus was 2 hours late then had no room on the next bus made 11 people get off bus an wait for next bus.. some company needs to come to business and shut grey hound down..it gets worse and worse...ice an immigration need to start serching these buses
Their customer service is horrible. They don't have enough driver's to handle the people properly. Poor business over all! Took 36 hours on a trip that was only supposed to take 24 hours and it would have been at least 16 hours more if I hadn't given up and just got off the bus in Little Rock Arkansas! NEVER AGAIN!
