Greyfair flooring is completely unprofessional to a level I have never seen. They have been paid in full, ( our mistake clearly) but have failed to finish a small landing on our large new home job. They were paid in full in June 2,2025 , and here we sit in October, and the job is not done. This was a large job that clearly they were unable to handle . We were given unprofessional personal reasons as excuses like their installer was sick or their installers mother had cancer. None of which should ever be relayed to a customer... read more
Whent in to see about flooring for a customer worst service i've ever had couldn't even take me and show me where the flooring is or help me find a match would never go back.Would never recommend it
Bungled the order from day one. Said they would work out a compensation but never followed through. Home Hardware is a much safer bet with an actual return policy.
