Great builder, very professional and helpful. I purchased a home in North Oshawa in December 2020 and have had leaks in the garage in three different spots. Each time the builder has worked with me to diagnose each issue and fix the issues. Alexia, Kelly, Mike and the roofers have all been great, punctual and professional throughout this process. Very Good an Highly reputed builder to buy a home from(Honest People) .. I had some floor issues in my home when they delivered , but when I report it they fixed it by time manner , response is good as well .
