I came to the bike shop with an abnormal request . Brought my golf push cart that had a seized hand brake, same mechanisms on a bike. Niall (apologies if misspelling) was incredibly nice , willing to look at it and fixed it in a few minutes. He saved me from having to buy a new push cart and did not charge me for his time as it just needed special type of lubricant that I hadn’t tried. Professional. Kind .instructive on what issue was and how to fix it. Not sure if he is owner or an employee, but he was awesome.

Don't waste your time. Edit: The Owner claims that they cannot work on an ebike's disc brakes (even though they are simple/standard bicycle brakes), and this policy is shared by many other bike shops. This is not true, I called around just about every single shop in Albany & Glens Falls said they would do the work. There are at least 20 other options in the surrounding area. Too bad Saratoga has become so effete; I would prefer to spend my money locally. Like I said, don't waste your time, go to a business willing to help.

My crank arm fell off my bicycle and I tried this shop. Very nice place. They got me the part I needed to get back on. I will come back again to get it tuned up so I don't have to deal with it again lol.

I am from Korea. I brought three bicycles of my family. One of them was flat tube. My acquaintance introduced me to this shop. I could receive a good service at a reasonable fee of around $20. I liked the professional air of this shop.
