Dropped in this week while in town for work. Might make this my new Crossfit home while in Bellevue! The owner was super friendly and Coach George was great! Convenient location with all the toys a girl could ever want. Might even try out the peg board tomorrow. Thank you so much for accommodating drop in. Love his community � #crossfit
Owners were really welcoming, as was the group I worked out with. Gym was clean, coach was on point. Nothing pretentious, just seems like a good group and community.
My husband & I had a great time dropping into Grey Coast CrossFit this morning for their Barbells for Boobs fundraiser. Everyone was very welcoming, and you could tell the owners put a lot of effort into making sure everyone felt comfortable! Thanks Josh & Annie!
