My experience was more pleasant than I had expected. No pain, no issues. I feel great.
I recommend. Everything went like clockwork. The doctor is very diligent.
In my opinion as a senior citizen, she is a very good dentist. She has a pleasant mannerism and comprehensive knowledge about her subject. I found her easy to talk to.
Dr Grewal is great with my family. My small children were nervous about getting their fillings done and she made them feel very comfortable.
I went to see Dr. Grewal earlier this year. She took time to explain the root canal procedure and made sure that she understood my concerns. The procedure which I was dreading, turned out to be painless. I left a lot more relaxed than I went in.
I had to change my dentist and was surprised she told me I have 9 cavities !! My previous dental visit was in December and I had 0 cavities
I had never had a cavity until a year after seeing Dr. Grewal. Then apparently I had a tiny cavity that she drilled and filled. I moved 2 hours away last summer, and when I called to cancel an appointment 3 months in advance I had scheduled, the staff was super nasty to me. I went to a new dentist in my new town and my x-rays show the filling she put in has a large gap, he needs to fix her mistake. He also said I probably never needed the filling in the first place. Stay away from her!
Unsympathetic & indifferent. Doesn't do a good job at making patients feel comfortable, as in explaining procedures or what to expect after. Staff are nice but often make mistakes. Poor communication between Grewal and staff. Grewal bills her practice as a family dentistry but I would argue against that heavily. As another reviewer mentions, I too have been told I had cavities that I did not have. Staff will push overpriced mouthwash and Grewal will push for cosmetic procedures as a necessity.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've never had a cavity before and I went to her for routine checkup and cleaning...no pain going in. She said I had 8 cavities that needed drilled and filled. Her prices were crazy (we are private pay...no insurance). I left and went to another area dentist who said I had 1 cavity. The other areas weren't even watch for the future areas. The cavities just plain didn't exist. He did do a repeat x-ray to come to this conclusion. Wouldn't trust her!!
