I have found them to be friendly, honest, and fair. I recently had a hard to diagnose issue with my Silverado. The problem was only evident on dead cold starts in the mornings. A lot of shops would have shot gunned common problems without an actual solid diagnosis. They recommended a throttle body service because readings from the live scan were out of range. Excellent automotive shop!! These guys are straight shooters!!! It's so hard to find a automotive shop that's trust worthy. I was having intermittent electrical issues with my car and they were very honest and reasonably priced! They even gave me a 36 point bumper-to-bumper inspection for free! Highly recommend this shop for all your automotive problems.

Thought i'd try these guys out from recommendations from a few neighbors and im glad i did. i bought a car a few weeks back and wanted to have the services brought up to par, cause i didnt know what the previous owner did. So i had Todd and the crew check it out. Dropped off my car at 8am for service and they were done before the time they promised to be. Not only that, they also dropped me off at work. would highly recommend checking them out. Thanks again Todd and crew for the great service.

Been taking my vehicles to Gretchens for years. They've always performed and come through. Had a bit of a problem and they took care of it no questions asked. They're a standup business and very honorable. I'll continue taking my cars there for years to come.

Will NEVER take my vehicle back to Gretchen's – I brought my vehicle to Gretchen's because it was close by, after them installing a bad part on my ride and having to replace it they were asked to do a job and couldn't do it. They didn't work on my ride when they should have and said they had to let it sit to cool down, which was BS. Eventually it was either we take it somewhere else no matter the cost and they would be paying for it, or our money back, we got our money back. Horrible--Don't Go! – The owner calls himself "The Swine"--that should tell you all you need to know about the place. He gave me a quote that was about $1500 more than other mechanics in the area. He also takes advantage of the fact that women don't know as much about auto repair than men do. Be very careful with this place--they charge too much and if you question them, they get very defensive. If I could give them a zero I would.
