These people have been totally helpful and have taken care of problems that I have had for the last 2-3 years. They are honest and quick, in my opinion. I went in this morning with a problem with my headlights. The person in charge had told me it might take an hour and possibly I might have to come back if they needed to order parts. Twenty minutes later, the mechanic told me I was all done. I couldn't believe it - I went to talk to the manager and he said yes, everything was fixed. I've taken two (older) cars to Gretchen's for inquiry of service needed. A 1999 clk and a 2004 Santa fe, both with high miles and in need of replacement of parts that pretty much exceeded the price of each. 100% honest and sincere feedback on both. I can't recommend them enough! They were referred to me by a good friend and I won't take my family's vehicles anywhere else from now on.
These folks are awesome !! They are professional & kind, and they take the time to explain. Upfront regarding pricing and kept me in the loop while working on my car. I highly recommend Gretchen's !!!
Got my oil changed and the guy installed my blinker light I bought very thankful quick professional work
I went in to see if they could fix my problem. They told me they couldn't, patched (figuratively that is) me up real quick, and told me where I might. No charge. This bought me time and got me on the road again.
I take my car to get my oil changed here, and just brought it in for a tune up since I'm going to be driving a long distance. They work hard and always do a great job! I appreciate Todd and his crew!
I cannot recommend this place more. After returning my call within SECONDS, they answered all my questions and when I came in later that day, knew what I needed the minute I arrived. They attached my front license plate without having me wait even a moment, and CHARGED ME NOTHING. Generous. Knowledgeable. And communicative. Best automotive experience in Long Beach- and beyond!
