I took time off work after I waited months for this appointment. Time off that I don’t have. I get there 30 minutes early. My insurance has to have a PCP referral. I requested this from my PCP, the girl up front did as well. Because it didn’t come in within 15 min of my appt time she tried to reschedule me. I work front desk and I know how insurance works. As long as the referral is there within 24-48 hrs the doctor will get paid. I had already paid my copay. So I left, didn’t reschedule and now I have to find a doctor that ... read more
My first visit was Dr. McCreless was wonderul, ...I enjoyed the smiles,care and the politeness of the staff... it felt as if I've been coming in for years as opposed to being a first time patient.. And also,..physical went very well
