They get the job done but if you're in a hurry go elsewhere. Went in for service, no oil change involved 1.5 hrs. I went up to ask them why I was still waiting it was a Broken Fuel Line Vapor Clip they zip tied while they ordered part. A week later I called them to see if part was in, it was had to wait 3 days for appointment. Had 8:00am appt then after 2:5 hrs again had to ask about my car. I recently moved to Gresham and was in the market for a new car! As a daily commuter, I chose Toyota because it is reliable, affordable and great gas mileage. I walked in to Gresham Toyota and was greeted by friendly faces and was introduced to Cameron Katzenmeyer, my sales guy. It was a great experience working with Cameron and his team. Best car buying experience ever. I negotiated over text and phone. It was such an easy and stress free transaction. My deal was better than a broker offer. Toyota gave me a way better financing rate than my credit union!
I had my very first dealership car buying experience here and I must say the bar was set high. The salesman I worked with was Connor. He really made me feel like he was looking out for MY best interest and not just the dealership's. The sales manager Adrian was great aswell. I was never pressured or made to feel uncomfortable in the slightest. The whole process was quick! I spent more time test driving than I actually spent waiting with paperwork. I love my Corolla!
