Great service. They were very patient and made sure that they found exactly what I was looking for. They were very personable through the whole experience. Olivia looked at and test drove many cars with me. She was very professional and provided a no pressure experience. She made sure I was happy with my choice. While I took care of paper work she ensured that my 13 year old son was entertained, fed, and comfortable. She went above and beyond.
I was in yesterday, Olivia W. was helping me and she was amazing! Very friendly, not pushy at all, and helped me pick out my perfect vehicle! I definitely recommend this business and her specifically!
I had the WORST customer service from the GM of Gresham Toyota today. I waited almost 2 hours to talk to him about an issue with a car I recently purchased from there & he literally would not listen to me. He stood up and walked away after just a few minutes of me telling him my situation. I could hardly believe it! We were about to purchase a second vehicle from them in a matter of 8 days, but we will NEVER purchase from here again. I would not recommend anyone else purchase from them either. Unbelievable!!!
My family and I walked into Toyota after visiting several other dealerships. We were immediately greeted by Craig Doby. Craig took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle and even took notes ( no other salesman had shown us this much professionalism ). Gresham Toyota has gone above and beyond with the service they provide. I had my 2014 Avalon, purchased from Gresham Toyota, in for service and the experience was fantastic for my wife with the service writer, Brian. Then two days later, my 2004 4Runner had some weird check engine codes go on after I had a non-Toyota shop work on it and their computers couldn't figure it out.
